Join us on October 27th, as we head to the Low Country for our first Savannah Serenade. Serenade is a dinner series featuring chefs and musicians in unique settings to create a sensory experience unlike anything else. Equal focus is placed on both the chefs and musicians to break down barriers and foster participation and community.
Serenade co-founder and Southern son, Austin Quattlebaum, is taking us back to his roots to share the flavors and sounds of the Low Country. This event is near to our hearts and will be a family affair featuring Robyn Quattlebaum and the Driftaway Cafe team. Drawing from the local waters and farms surrounding Savannah, this feast will create a unique spin on classic Low Country favorites. Gather around the long table to share in this communal feast and celebrate some of Savannah’s finest.
This Serenade will be special for many reasons, namely the family element highlighting the passions of this talented father and son duo. Prodigal son, Austin Quattlebaum, returns not only with his project Serenade but also in the middle of a nationwide album release tour. He has chosen this event as his featured CD release party as Savannah was the launching point for his musical passions and holds a special place in his heart.
