Karl Holl’s style and philosophy of cooking are intricately tied to the land. Along with his farmer brother, Alex Holl, Karl grows and raises the majority of what he cooks, with menus driven by the seasons and what his farm produces. This is the epitome of farm to table cooking, and we can’t wait to celebrate so many elements of this feast that he created, grew or raised.

For this trip, we’ve teamed up with Northwest Rafting Company to feature Chef Jaret Foster and Joe Rodriguez of Portland’s Tournant. These two talented chefs will be creating communal feasts using live-fire techniques in a wilderness setting. The featured musicians will be solo artists Jenner Fox and Austin Quattlebaum.
